Who is the controller

Contact form
When you submit the form I process your name, email address, message and the page language. If you request an introduction I also process the chosen time and whether you want Microsoft Teams or on-site. Purpose: answering your question and putting the time in the calendar. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to a business enquiry. No automatic reply is sent. I keep messages for a maximum of 12 months, then delete them. Delivery runs through Resend; the message goes to R.dannouni@dananalytics.nl, from website@dananalytics.nl. The calendar invitation lands in Outlook.
Newsletter
The newsletter is not live yet. When it is, you only subscribe with an explicit, unticked consent checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and a double opt-in confirmation. Processing then runs through Brevo. You can unsubscribe in every email. Without consent, no address is stored.
Analytics
I use Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: no tracking cookies are set and no advertising profile is built. The measurement stays limited to aggregated visit statistics.
Fonts
IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono are self-hosted on this site. Your browser does not request Google Fonts or another third party for the typeface.
Recipients and retention
Hosting and analytics run through Vercel. Contact mail through Resend. The newsletter, if it is later switched on, through Brevo. None of them may use your data for their own purposes. Contact messages: 12 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Server logs follow the host's retention period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email R.dannouni@dananalytics.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If this statement changes I replace the text on this page. The date of the last substantive change will be added at publication.
